By way of explanation, we are also collecting
contributions through my congressional campaign -- as seen above -- because ads aired by a
Congressional Campaign (or other federal campaigns) cannot be censored or
altered by FCC licensed radio and TV stations due to the Reasonable Access Law.
Ads offered by any other entity, such as our Network America educational and
organizational fund, can be legally refused out right by any radio or
TV station, without explanation. So we can do whatever is necessary with your
contribution if you donate above to Jim Condit Jr. for Congress 2008m provided
you are a US citizen. If
you donate at the link above to Network America, then we cannot use that money to air
radio ads UNLESS the station voluntary accepts the radio ads (which often they
don't when the ads are controversial), but we can use such donations for the vital
educational and organizational
efforts of Network America on the honest elections fight, and to take back the
USA via the precinct
strategy, etc. Thank you.
